We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.

• Receipts are required for all returns and exchanges.

• You may return or exchange books or non-book items in original condition for a full refund within 30 days. Non-Book items must also include all original tags and/or packaging.

• Merchandise purchased between November 14 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged until January 13.  Holiday items, such as ornaments, may be exchanged or returned for store credit until December 24.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted for calendars or other dated items.  Receipts are required and product must be in original condition, including packaging and tags.

• Special order items that are not usually carried and have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned.
